Man dies after being shot a number of occasions in Thornton – The Denver Publish


Thornton police are investigating a case in which a man was shot multiple times Friday night, resulting in his death.

Police responded to a shots fired call at 11:20 p.m. Friday at the 1100 block of West 96th Avenue. The victim, a male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The man was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

On Nov 20 at 11:05 pm TPD responded to reports of shots fired at 1125 W. 96th Ave. On arrival officers located an adult male w/numerous gunshot wounds. Victim transported to area hospital & pronounced deceased. Active invest/No threat to the community. No further at this time.
